21C@JC

21C@JC is a trust-initiated project created and funded with HK$410 million by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. Since its commencement in October 2022, the project has partnered with young people and 15 social service agencies to transform 36 Integrated Children and Youth Service Centres (ICYSCs) into youth-centric, vibrant, and forward-looking spaces designed around the “Three News”- “New Space,” “New Experience,” and “New Service”. TO_MO by 21C@JC, the first virtual centre is also co-created with young people, seamlessly merging online and offline experiences to turn centres into co-creation platforms for youth participation in social good.

In the first four years of its pilot phase, over 50,000 young people will have benefitted from being a part of 21C@JC, with over 400 social workers becoming catalysts for youth-led services.
